TERMS, CANCELLATION POLICY & CONSENT
TERMS:
• Treatments are performed only on clients aged 16 and over. For clients under 16, written consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.
• The salon reserves the right to refuse service at any time (for example, in cases of illness, infection, poor hygiene, or inappropriate behavior).
• The salon does not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on individual factors such as nail or skin condition, overall health, and aftercare.
• The client is required to inform the salon about any allergies, medications, illnesses, or contraindications that may affect the treatment.
• Payment can be made by cash, card, or MobilePay after the treatment. In some cases, prepayment may be required.
• Promotions, discounts, and voucher codes cannot be combined with each other or with package deals.
• Clients must not attend their appointment if they are sick, have a cold, cough, fever, or any symptoms of an airborne illness. In such cases, the appointment must be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will incur a 50% fee of the treatment price.
• Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the treatment price.
• Cancellations and changes can be made by phone, SMS, or through the online booking system.
CONSENT:
• The client declares that they have informed the salon of any health conditions, medications, or allergies that may affect the treatment.
• The client agrees to follow the salon’s aftercare instructions provided by the staff.
• The client consents to before and after photos being taken for documentation and marketing purposes (e.g., social media).
• The client agrees to receive SMS or email messages related to appointments or salon offers.
• The client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted the above terms, cancellation policy, and consent.
